Our founder, Amanda Hudes, is a nutrition expert with over twenty years of experience, certified through the Columbia University-affiliated Integrative School for Nutrition (IIN), Yoga 200-hour through YogaFit, Group Fitness and Sports Conditioning through ACE Fitness, Reiki, and as a Behavior Change Specialist.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY WEDDING SHOULD I START A WEDDING WEIGHT LOSS PLAN?

We usually recommend starting six months before your wedding date, with three months at a minimum. It takes 6 months to create a habit, so if you start earlier, you’re more likely to create real, lasting change.
