If you just got engaged and are wondering, “Now what?” keep reading.
You might be thinking, “Okay, time to plan!” And then you stop and say, “But what’s most important to do first?”
If you go out of order of priority, you might be left with a videographer who specializes in light and airy outdoor weddings and then decide you want a sultry castle-like venue. Eek. So let’s go through the first few steps:
1) Review Planners and decide who fits your personality, work style, creative style, and who seems to “get it” when it comes to the feeling you want for your wedding.
2) With your Planner, go venue touring and determine the venue setting / outdoor wedding space for your day.
This will also determine your final date.
3) If you are planning on sending out Save the Dates, start the process of creating these.
4) Determine whether there is a specific company you have been watching and loving who you want to make sure to get on their calendar to learn if you are interested in booking them for your wedding. That is your next priority.
