This service was designed for couples who want their entire wedding day planned from start to finish - Smiling Through Chaos takes care of all of the details, allowing you to focus on enjoying time with your guests and with each other.

Referring and helping to choose a venue and ceremony location, including on-site visits with the couple

Creating a vision of fabric and design elements and working with you to choose what feels right for your special day

One Lead Planner for 10 hours on the wedding day (additional hours offered as well)

For weddings 100ppl+, one assistant for approximately 5 hours , otherwise $100/hr

Efficient emails and phone calls to discuss details with you and make sure you are feeling great

UNLIMITED emails (within reason)

Coordination of guest transportation to and from venue(s)

Management of vendor arrivals, departures and day of

Creation and management of full timeline, which will be approved by you and distributed to all vendors

Discussion and review with each vendor via email and phone calls

Coordination of ceremony and vendor cues

Coordination and management of toasts

Attendance to wedding party and special guests

Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors and needed

Assistance with decor prep, including set up of Day-Of details (ex: guest book, place cards, ceremony programs)

Vendor referrals: florists, photographers, videographers, transportation, hotels, etc.

Scouting locations for venue options

Overseeing and managing your budget, advocating and negotiating for you

Meeting with all vendors either in person or over phone/Skype/Facetime

Fashion styling: Bridal dress and bridal party shopping (includes up to 7 hours, with additional hours to be discussed) for Wedding / Personal Fashion Styling for the event host + one additional person for Other Major Lifetime Events

Offering advice and guidance, while making every effort to keep your stress levels low and a smile on your face.

One additional in person meeting closer to the event date

Assisting in setting up of decor on event day, including one or more assistants on the day of

Your investment with Smiling Through Chaos for Full Planning is 15% of your total budget for your big day.

*Outdoor weddings at estates will have an additional charge for the extra labor throughout the week of the wedding.

Payment in full.

If payment in full is unable to be provided, another option is offered: 50% retainer with monthly payments splitting out the balance; a $500 administrative fee will be added into the monthly payments.

For couples who’ve already selected some of their vendors but need help adding that extra “something” to their day, Partial Planning from Smiling Through Chaos is the best option. Our most popular service offered in Partial Planning is “All Decor + Month-Of -Coordination.”

This is also for couples who are more hands off since Partial has limited number of hours included.

We take on a certain number of Partial Planning clients per year since we specialize in giving our clients the true VIP service with Full Planning. For those who have already booked several vendors but need the real look and feel of the day created, the is the service for YOU.

Partial Planning begins at $10k.
