Full Wedding Planning
This service was designed for couples who want their entire wedding day planned from start to finish - Smiling Through Chaos takes care of all of the details, allowing you to focus on enjoying time with your guests and with each other. Full Wedding Planning clients get their entire day fully planned and executed by our trusted team of experienced vendors and the Smiling Through Chaos team. Whether planning for a backyard wedding, an intimate setting, or at a venue, we plan for the best day ever. Partial Planning
For couples who’ve already selected some of their vendors but need help adding that extra “something” to their day, Partial Planning from Smiling Through Chaos is the best option. Our Partial Planning clients receive our signature Month-of Coordination services, as well as assistance with decor, florals, sourcing other vendors, selecting the best rentals, confirming vendor schedules, and beyond. These clients appreciate the helping hand we’re able to give them to make their day truly in line with what they’ve envisioned all along.
* Partial includes a limited number of a meeting hours while Full Planning is not limited, so those who have certain vendors booked may still choose the Full Planning package.

Pricing and Investment
Smiling Through Chaos specializes in events with a focus on color and decor. We don’t offer “One Size Fits All” pricing for our clients, because each wedding, event, and couple is unique. Instead, we offer a consultation to learn more about your event, then provide a custom quote based on your distinctive vision.
Here’s an outline to our starting at prices, to get an idea what our clients usually invest in their day:
Our Full Wedding Planning clients’ weddings range from $70k for an intimate affair to $500k+ for a lavish affair. Your investment with Smiling Through Chaos is percentage-based of your overall budget.
Our Partial Wedding Planning clients retain our services starting at an investment of $8000. This can vary depending on how many services we are managing - all decor + vision, booking of vendors, or a combination.

Question: What does “Starting At $X” Mean?
Answer: This means that most of our clients get the type of event they're envisioning with a budget at this level or higher. Smiling Through Chaos focuses on exceptional events, and we offer a full-service planning experience. We can and do plan events at a lower budget than the 'starting at' price mentioned above - get in touch with us to discuss your event.

What’s the difference between partial planning and month-of coordination?
Partial planning is designed for couples who still need a lot done for their wedding day. Many couples who hire us for partial planning realized they needed a lot more help than they thought, and hire us to help select the rest of their vendors and design the decor, flowers, and details. Partial Planning is the starting package for Planning, which includes booking of any vendors. *Partial Planning has limited meetings vs. Full Planning which has unlimited.

I already have a few vendors picked out, but am in over my head and need help. Can you help me?
You’re not alone! Many couples underestimate how much work it is planning a wedding, especially one with the “wow factor” they’ve always envisioned. When you get in touch with us, we'll discuss what your needs are and help you select the best services for your big day.
How can your wellness services help me when planning my wedding?
Smiling Through Chaos’ Amanda Hudes is also a wellness and nutrition expert. She’s helped individuals and couples reset their nutrition and exercise plans, learn stress-relief through her behavior change counseling, practice self-care with Reiki and yoga, and have fun with their wedding parties through group fitness classes. How much do your services cost?
Each event is so unique, and we listen to you. On our initial phone call with you, we’ll get a better idea of the scope of your event and will be able to provide you with a price quote for YOUR needs and wants.
how do I set up an initial consultation to learn more and share my story with you?
The initial complimentary consultation is 30 minutes long, with an investment of $50 that will be toward any service booked. Any additional consultations prior to booking a wedding or event date with Smiling Through Chaos are subject to an hourly fee.
