Smiling Through Chaos Peanut Butter Apple Green Giant Smoothie

I LOVE a good smoothie to start the day! 

And this one is no different. TONS of nutrients and healthy fats, and so much flavor! Apples aren't often used in smoothies, but why not? The fiber, the flavor...delish! And who doesn't love an apple with peanut butter?! 

I don't give exact amounts of everything because it really depends on the flavor you PERSONALLY want to create. After all, this is for YOU to enjoy. I do recommend adding the optional toppings since they add even more antioxidants and immune-boosting characteristics. 

Ingredients in smoothie: 3 organic apples, 1 frozen banana, organic chunky peanut butter, organic fresh spinach, frozen mango, flax unsweetened milk (dairy free) and unsweetened original coconut milk, 1/2 of a blueberry flavored goat's yogurt, 1/2 of an avocado, ground flaxseeds

Optional toppings for smoothie bowl: organic frozen blueberries and cherries, walnuts, cacao nibs, a drizzle of a healthy oil blend, and a combination of granola and paleo grain-free granola
